Poor Service

I have been going there to drop off my laundry for over a year.

They must have new employee's because they were extremely rude and instead of folding my shirts, they put them all on hangers. After I pointed out their mistake, they told me to take them off the hanger and fold them myself.

That is what you get after spending $45 for one bag of laundry to be cleaned and folded.

The woman who works there- Theresa-very nasty person! I spoke other customers, told me the same!! I know 1/2 off the washers on Wednesday, I really dont care anymore!! I will pay more to a different to do my laundry!! AND- put the ac on!!!!! Too hot-no ac and all the dryers using??? And=this is to sell this? Good! Hopefully Theresa will not work there anymore!!!!!
