Criminal cases include Jury and Non-Jury Trials, assault, simple and aggravated, Homicide, burglary, robbery, theft, all types of drug related matters, Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol or Controlled Substances, expungements, A.R.D., preliminary hearings and Appeals to Superior and Supreme Courts. Personal Injury cases include automobile accidents, slip and fall, workmens' compensation, social security disability. Practice includes domestic relations, divorce and custody, wills and estates, on a limited basis. Licensed to practice in all state courts, Third Circuit, Federal Court, Western District ¿ PA, and U.S.T.C.
