I would not recommend using the parts department. I ordered a starter and after waiting for over a week I was told that it had arrived. After driving to the location I was told that they were unsure whether it was the right starter or not and then after some discussion between the employees they determined it was not the right starter. I was also told that the price would have been significantly higher than quoted if this had been the right starter. Very little concern from the staff over the wasted time on my part it seemed like it was routine for them. I would recommend ordering parts over the internet. They are cheaper and the customer service that I have experienced is better.
