  In addition to over 33 years of experience in the financial services and health insurance industry and being a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Business, I have attained a Chartered Life Underwriter, Registered Health Underwriter, Registered Employee Benefit Consultant, and Life Underwriter Training Counsel Fellowship designations. My experience with Western Southern Life and Assurant Health helped me develop the needed skills to assist business owners and individuals.

  My name is Carl Bloomer and I founded Legacy Benefit Solutions in August of 2005 to provide health & disability insurance for individuals, families, employers, and seniors. I serve as the health insurance specialist for many insurance agencies in the tri-state, acting as a resource for their clients and advisors.
