I'm very happy with the expertise and professionalism of my stylist and I love the products. The nail team is spectacular. I especially enjoy the fact that they are open seven days a week -- it's really nice to go to the salon on Sundays. My only frustration has been with the front-desk staff. There have been too many times that they have confused by appointment or attempted to reschedule me without my approval. The owner needs to provide them more guidance on customer service skills.

I've been a loyal client of Pure Concept Kenwood for almost 3 years. It is truely the greatest. My stylist (Megan) always finds time to fit me in with my crazy schedule. She has never cancelled on me, and I always look forward to her upbeat attitude. She always has new ideas, that are trendy, and easy to maintain. I would recommend this salon to anyone!!!
