We place a strong emphasis on building and practicing the skills and self-management strategies in real-time that enables clients to build a life that aligns with their values and ensures long-term recovery. Our program was intentionally designed with trauma-informed principles in mind. We offer a relaxed private treatment setting with small group sizes to enhance personalized care.
