I was a patient of this eye doctor for a couple of years. During my yearly eye exam, Dr. Sims advised me that my prescription hadn't changed so I didn't need either new glasses or new contacts. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill for over $100 especially since he wanted me to turn it in to my health insurance. When I asked why he thought he was entitled to over $100, he advised that because he found 'sleep' in one of my eyes, he was entitled to payment. I found this offensive.
