What a great staff and very friendly. Wasted many hours going from store to store looking for a person who knew what they where talking about and found Smart Buy. Andrew was amazing and really new his stuff. I left there with a sense of confidence i have never had leaving a store before. I knew i had made the right choice in my bed, because Andrew took the time to get to know what i needed in a bed. Thanks to all the guys at Smart Buy i am loving my new bed!!!!!!

I was more than disappointed with my experience with Drew Betz of Custom Pro Audio/Video. I've always been in favor of supporting local businesses, even if it means spending a bit more at times in order to get better service and product knowledge.None of the above was the case. Not only did I have to come back to the store several times in order to pick up my TV because it was never at the Mason City store as he told me it would be but I also had to come back to pick up part of my satellite system that I was told would be delivered to me, but after two weeks still was not.The satellite system that he sold me did't work because of the way in which my dish had initally been installed. When I had trouble with the installation, Drew refused to help without me paying an additional $80 charge.I ended up explaining the situation to DirecTV and they were at my house the next day to solve the problem FOR FREE. This is only a glipse of my terribe buying experience. I hope yours is better!
