Four Oaks is one of the largest, nonprofit child welfare, juvenile justice and behavioral health care agencies in Iowa. Headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the agency has been serving customers since 1973. It serves more than 7,000 people each year. Four Oaks offers the Asperger s Program, which focuses on providing a variety of treatment options for middle school children between the ages of 11 and 14 diagnosed with Asperger s Syndrome. It provides day treatment, foster care, outpatient behavioral health, adoption assistance, safety and permanency services. The agency offers the STOP Outpatient Program for adolescent males with sexual and behavior disorders. It is accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Services for Families and Children. Four Oaks maintains a location in Mason City, Iowa.
