This joke of a business only received a 1 star because I couldn't give them a zero. I tried calling 3 times to ask a few questions on the phone before writing this review, but nobody answered. So, I am curious to know what their "90 day warranty" means. The way I understand it and in this situation, they go to a house and spray for cockroaches and if, within 90 days from date of service, you see cockroaches, you simply call them back and they come spray again, So, please explain to me why when called back, (not just once but twice) the employee tells the caller that "if they would pick the clothes and toys up off the floor they wouldn't have cockroaches." Really?? So you're trying to tell me that all the homes you spray are immaculate and never have ANYTHING on their floors?
Maybe the tenant just moved into a home that has set empty for 4 or 5 months and the cockroaches from the neighbors house found a new place to go and it has absolutely NOTHING to do with the housekeeping in the house.
Maybe if you asked questions instead of passing judgment AND HONORING YOUR 90 DAY WARRANTY, you wouldn't be getting this review.
From what I understand, and I'm pretty certain this is what YOU told the tenant, it could take a couple of applications to get completely rid of the cockroaches.
Don't YOU of all people know how bugs work??

I personally wouldn't recommend you to my worst enemies.
Do your job and HONOR YOUR WARRANTY!!
Oh, and...how can you expect payment when you didn't uphold your end of the bargain??

Stop blaming your lack of being able to get the job done on someone else.
