I went to Francis Veterinary Services on Tuesday 10/14/2008, and took my Shih-Tzu in to get a trim. He was finished in a timely manner, and on Thursday 10/16/2008, I noticed that he had a red spot under his right ear. I looked and it looked as if they had cut him, and it maybe started to itch because it was cut EXTREMELY short under that ear (but not the other), and that he scratched it causing him to bleed. I quickly called Francis Veterinary Services and told them about the incident. I didn't want anything except for them to look at him and make sure it couldn't get infected. I called them at 12:07pm and they got me in to see the vet at 12:30, which I will admit was good timing on their part. The Vet was not very personable and didn't want to talk to me at all. It seemed he thought it was MY fault that my puppy had been cut by someone his company employs. I made sure he was aware that it was his company I always go to to get my puppy groomed, and yet he didn't care and said that
