This office is not what you usually get when going to the doctor. They have given me the run around for months now. I had 3 different appointments scheduled at 3 different times, all that they canceled due to schedule changes. OK. But what about our schedule? I moved all the appointments each time they called. Now, I received a phone call today letting me know of their policy changes. As of March 1st, they are no longer taking my insurance for the treatment I originally had scheduled 3 months ago. And they will not honor any of it, even though this is something they have done. I completely understand that things change, I as well work for a doctor's office. Rule of thumb, always honor what the patient asks for with in reason...like keeping at least one of the appointments they scheduled. And word of mouth is always the best advertisement..good or bad! 3/8/2011
