I have been going to the Maryville, IL location since it opened. Today, the store manager told me that my service dog could not be in the store. Really? She didn't even ask if my dog was a service dog. Some major training is needed for all the employees on disabilities and service animals! You need some training as a company. My dog has more rights than I do! You can ask someone a few questions to verify that a dog is a service animal and that is all you can do! Please be sure to Google as to what 2 questions you can ask someone with a service animal as the law was majorly disobeyed today! The ADA will also be contacted.
