We stopped for dinner, were seated immediately, given our water, order taken all by 6:20pm. Ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger/fries, BLT/fries. At 6:58, the waitress mumbles as she is passing by us, "Your order should be coming out soon". At 7:03 (yes, we were watching the clock), she brings out my BLT, with a handful of warm fries and then sets a large BOWL of a handful of fries in front of my husband. She then starts to tell him there was an issue with his cheeseburger.....we just said No. We are leaving. This was going on 40 minutes past the time we ordered. No one ever came over to explain why it was taking over a half an hour to get our food until 2 min before she brought out what she had...but the kicker was bringing our my (over 35 min old) sandwich and sitting a bowl of fries down. I will NEVER eat there again.

Well ran IHOP, I have dined at several IHOPs in the Seattle area and this is the best one by far.

My wife and I have visited this store several times and always enjoy the atmosphere, good food, and prompt service. GB

Hands down the best IHOP I have ever been to!!! I asked to talk to the Manger (her name was Carry i think) to tell her what a great place shes running and she was so gracious and polite its no wonder why her employees where so happy and on point!
