Provided by YPmobileI am LDS as is one of the counsellors there. His genuine concern and desire to help me was obvious. He set me up the medication nurse straight away. The front desk gal was super friendly and very kind, as well as helpful. I will and have recommended this agency to those in need of assistance

Provided by YPmobileIt has taken me a few weeks to write this review, but i decided to write it so I could offer some advice to this business. I called this place in a very dark hour when I didn't know where to turn. The lady who answered was very cold, and when I asked for a specific counselor she very annoyed said, "he doesn't have any openings." I waited for her to suggest someone else, she did not, but instead waited in silence. So I suggested, "I would like a counselor who is somewhat religious," In which she responded, "No one fits that." And made me feel so small before hanging up on me. I don't understand why she didn't suggest someone else. What I was asking isn't crazy, is it? When I read their profiles, one mentioned "Men's bible study." Maybe he was the one that was booked, but another mentioned, "Cultural sensitivity," which in my mind would be a great alternative, but she offered nothing and no support. I was already on the verge of tears and struggling to find someone that accepted my insurance(which this place does) so I spent the next few hours crying instead of getting help. I hope the counselors can reach out to the secretary and teach her that people who typically call for an appointment are already broken. She did more damage than good. I will never refer my religious friends here, as they are obviously not wanted. She could have suggested a different place, or mentioned how one of her counselors isn't religious but very understanding and respectful of people's beliefs. If you want your business to grow, start the services the moment you answer the phone.
