My grand daughter needed an SUV and Bush's had three, but here folks were hesitant so I sold her my Honda Ridgeline and bought the SUV.We drove the vehicle and they put it up on the lift so we could in spect, the mechanic had fixed an oil leak on the valve covers and put in new plugs, tires and Bush's sent it out for detailing and frankly it drove and smelled like a new one (except for that burnt oil smell which after a month has pretty much gone away). Staff was nice and as with any used car it's a crap shoot but they did a very good job at bringing a 2007 Nissan Murano SE Touring edition back to Life with 132,000 miles.We LOVE it but miss the pickup, but felt very comfortable with the quality of preparation work done by Bush's Motors so five stars!

I've dealt with Jim for over 14 years. He was always polite, informative and followed through with repairs and issues on my vehicles. Over the years he worked on getting my Limo's certified, replacing and A/C Clutch in my Deville and making sure it was road worthy for my frequent trips back and forth to Flint. After he worked on my Deville I did not see him for repairs for 4 years! That is how detailed he was on making sure my car was road worthy! He tried to find used whenever possible. Always wronged a right. As far as the other review, why would you not call a known repair shop first that sold you the car? That is like going to a restaurant ordering food, eat it then having another restaurant pick up the bill! Mechanic's cannot forsee the future on parts! One thing is for sure if it is mechanical it can break...period. I am sorry that you feel scorned, but free loaners are for full coverage insurance not just hey let me give you a car cause yours doesn't work! Thanks for doing business with a small business owner it keep the local economy moving. He is not a bad guy, had you given him the opportunity to make it right FIRST you would not feel so put out.

I bought a fantastic funky little Honda element and I could not be happier. the staff was great and everything was done right away- title insurance plate. I guess he had new people in there.
