If I could give no stars I would, unbelievably horrible customer service. bought a rebuilt alternator online which was defective after it left me out of commission as a delivery driver for two weeks. I went to the Dorsett location to get a refund to have team member Ken K tell me he didn't want to give me a refund because it would hurt this locations quota for the quarter. He kept prying me to take it to the location on Page. I had to push him to give me a refund and he kept saying that he was the one losing money on this return. He was completely apathetic to the inconvience this defect part gave me and my bank account. He felt the need to remind me as I was walking out to next time make sure I return product to the store I picked it up from. There won't be a next time Ken K thanks to your lack of customer service skills and ignorance.
