I would like to say that the property gets the 4 stars because they are really nice apt. If I could give the maintance a rating it would be a minus star! I have been waiting for months for something to be fixed and still nothing! The hallways are not being maintained AT ALL! The elevator has not be cleaned or vaccum since the place opened! The stairs to exits are a mess! The trash is always all over the place at the dumpsters! I think that the person that is in charge of this needs to think twice about who they have doing...and i use this term lightly "maintaince" There are alot of unemployed people who would love to have that job and do what it takes to keep this place looking the way it should! Yes we as tenents have a responsibiliy to do our part but the cosmetic end if falling short by the tenents should fall on him! I hope that someone from landmark see this and takes it to heart what needs to be done to keep this property nice! Thank you in advance for you help in this matter!
