- Our office provides psychological assessment, counseling, and psychotherapy for children, teens, and adults . Also, our practice specializes in psychological assessment, counseling, and behavior modification for elderly persons, including persons in long term care (i.e., assisted living centers and nursing homes) settings. Frequently-requested assessment and diagnostic services include: General assessment of mental status Psychotropic medication consultation Social Security and Medicaid disablity assessments Bariatric assesments Occupational fitness for duty Academic skills and needs ADHD and autistic spectrum disorders Vocational needs and dispositions Geriatric mental status and needs Mental competence evaluation Substance abuse assessment Counseling and Therapy Services Include: Depression and anxiety Anger issues Social and relationship problems Job - related concerns School problems Child and teen brehavior problems Follow-up care after hospital discharge We accept Medicare and Medicaid, and many private insurances. Dr. Robison and his staff have been helping clients improve the quality of their lives since 1989. Locating in a comfortable home-like setting, we offer outpatient diagnostic and counseling services to children,teens, and adults of diverse cultural backgrounds, who present a wide range of problems and life circumstances. Male and female counselors are available to help you. A referral is not needed to make an appointment , but we accept referrals from physcians, medical centers, hospitals, schools, and other mental health providers. We have strong working relationships with area physicans, psychiatrists, and mental health hospitals. The telephone is monitored on a 24 hour basis. We look forward to serving you, We want to provide "hometown care in your hometown."
