Purchased the Istick to quit smoking. At first the customer service was great, they even threw in a free tank. However after only one week of purchase the charger to the Istick broke on the inside of the battery. I did some research online to see if this was a common problem. Unfortunately I found that I was highly overcharged for the product (double to be exact). I promptly took the product back for a refund. The employee was very rude. He first stated that they have no money back guarantee (which is stated no where in the store or the receipt) and they could only exchange it in a tone that reminded me of a mother scolding a teenager.. That being said if you want rude customer service and to over pay for your products then "The Vape Saloon" is for you.
