In this posting, I will set aside the sour tales I have heard from other customers of Roach Energy. I recently read on Roach Energy website of Jason Roach's commitment to customer service."... going out with Dad to do a Christmas Eve delivery because he didnt want to have to call in a driver during their time with their family, but also did not want to let the customer go through the agony of having no heat through the holiday.This has NOT been our experience. In our similar situation we were told to "...open up the oven ..." After having fuel service from Roach Energy for 10 years, it is clear to us that they pay only lip service to the tenets of customer service. Surely, each customer/person's experience is different, but one would expect Roach Energy would identify and leverage the attributes of high quality customer relationships with ALL their customers.Without rehashing the tawdry tale here, suffice it to say we continue to be terribly disappointed with how we have been treated by Roach Energy office staff, and do advise others in our neighborhood accordingly, as we research some viable replacement.Good day.
