Nightmare they did unnecessary work and caused months of discomfort. They are all about scheduling another appointment and dragging out the situation so they can keep billing you, yes it's all about the money.

I've been a patient of Dr Evans office for almost 10 years. I have found him to be the most conscience and caring dentist I know. You will not find another office in which the Dentist AND staff is so friendly and helpful.

BEWARE if you choose to use this practice. Don't accept their assertions that the services they are providing "will be covered by your insurance." You'll be surprised to find out that the services aren't covered and your socked with a hefty payment. Also, they won't "work with" insurance companies to get claims paid. They expect their patients to do all the legwork and communicate with the insurance companies, even though patients know absolutely nothing about "coding." And finally, while your claim is still under review with the insurance company, they send your balance due to a collection agency without trying to contact the insurance company to fix coding errors, etc. There is no willingness on their part to work with insurers. Choose another dentist if at all possible...or you'll end up paying for services you didn't want/need and that your insurance company doesn't pay for (when all along the staff told you the services were covered).
