I have been living here for almost three years. The doors and windows in the apt leak air terribly. The ductwork is lined in filthy fiberglass which blow fiberglass filaments all over the apt, including into my food that is cooking on the stove. Also, because the ductwork has never been cleaned since it was installed in 1979, it creates black, 'soot spots' on my walls and on my personal items. Very noticeable on anything made out of white plastic.

I was told by management, after showing them to her, that the only way that they can get them cleaned for me was to get a doctor's note!?!?

The complex is infested with vermin (mice) during the fall and winter and infested with wasps during the spring and summer so that you cannot safely use your balcony. Wasps also get into the apt when you open the windows because the screens do not fit properly.

I've also had a few 'repairs' done by maintenance that were a complete joke. A monkey could have done them more efficiently.

Also, when I moved in, I was told that the wall to wall carpeting had been cleaned. I rented a cleaner and did them, TWICE, and the water was still black!

There is a large, brown spot on the carpeting in the bedroom. Really makes me wonder what happened there and if it is a bio-hazard? Yuck!

Recently, they installed a new furnace in the apt that was not needed. It hasn't worked correctly since its install. Fortunately, we have had a mild winter so far but on 12/21/15, I noticed that it blows freezing cold air when it kicks on for five minutes straight and there is nowhere that you can go in the apt to get out of the draft. I called management to tell them about it and she sent up the maintainance man, who did not fix it. Yesterday, TWO WEEKS LATER, I woke up with a double earache due to this problem.

Please do NOT move in here or allow your loved ones to!! You must sign a year lease so then you are stuck in unsafe, substandard living conditions.

I've only been here so long because I'm waiting for another complex to get an opening. I would have rated this complex a ZERO if it were an option.
