I love Wendy's! My mom used to work there when I was young and she's ALWAYS bring home good food and cookies. I've been attending this very location of Wendy's for years now and it's just been steadily going down hill in quality and customer service.



After arriving home from living for 3 months in Utah, I thought I'd go grab some food for my little brothers and I so we could watch a movie and eat together. I spoke very CLEAR and ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget w/ med fries & fanta. I also ordered a 5 piece spicy chicken nugget. I pull up to the window and the lady wasn't very nice to begin with. She didn't smile nor was she genuine. She handed me my food and I left. I get home and find some chicken sandwhich SLOPPED together in place of the 10 piece nugget. Furious, I called them right away and explained that I was very upset and all the manager said was.. "OKAY!". I'm sorry, but this establishment is a disgrace to all fast food restaraunts in the area soley because of their customer service. I understand that people make mistakes, however; they could have offered me to come back up AT LEAST or apologize.



I will be making a call to corporate, mailing them, or even stopping back at that restaraunt to get my food. A simple apology could have stopped all of this.
