You cannot go wrong here.if they dont have it he will get it. Mr deluxe is a really nice guy.and i have always had great customer service.he always remembers our names and greets us with a hello..
Great store, but bad customer service.I purchased 11 items and spent close to $200. Had one item that had two prices on it and the owner would not honor the lower price. They had two of the item and she was upset that I was purchasing the one that was in the box instead of the display model.Very bad customer service experience. What a disappointment to be treated that way as a known first-time customer. Guess they have enough business that they don't need me or my references.
Same place as Deluxe Novelty.
We live about 2 hours away but this is such an awesome experience that it is worth it to visit annually. The family who owns the business is awesome to work with and they will handle 'Santa' shopping with kids in tow. They stock many classic toys plus new ones. 3 floors of toys!! Not video games but thought provoking old fashioned toys, games, sleds, bikes, train sets, models, science fair supplies. It really is a gem!! I am actually sad that my kids are outgrowing the toy stage because we will have no reason to visit!
This place is definately worth visiting! I've been going there since childhood and cannot find a better toy store. You can tell that the owners take pride in what they do. The selection and variety are unmatched, the prices perfectly reasonable. They keep items in stock that I simply cannot find anywhere else, such as Playmobil sets and accessories. I only hope that the tradition is carried on and that this toy store will be there for generations to come. Thank you!
It's like going to the North Pole to visit Santa's work shop. There are so many toys 3 floors of toys,we drive from Pa. and always plan on spending at least 2-3 hours there just trying to see everything. But the best part is it's not like some other toy stores when you ask a question no one seems to have an answer the people who work there go out of their way to get you an answer, they take your toys to one location so you can check out easy you couldn't ask for a nicer, well stocked, happy place to shop for toys. And they have displays of toys set out just for your kids to play with so you can shop not just one little train set up! Like I said, it's like Santa's toy house. The best thing again everyone there is so helpful, they don't stand on top of you they just seem to always be there when you need them. You can tell they take pride in their store. My favorite place to shop. Thanks, Pat
