Since 1997, EUV Technology has been in the business of manufacturing research and development (R&D) tools for EUV Lithography. Based in Martinez, Cailf., the company offers its customers a variety of products, such as LPR1016 EUV reflectometer and RET 125-75 resist exposure tool. EUV Technology has a list of customers, which include Lawrence Livermore Laboratory, International SEMATECH, the IMEC organization in Leuven, Belgium and some of the major semiconductor manufacturers in the USA and Asia.
