Tina is no help to the tenants of the properties she's manages. She has been at this position for too long.... she awards contracts to contractors with personal connections. This hurts the quality of work for the properties.Sewage overflowed the basement of condos she manages and would not or was unable to mitigate and clean the situation after many attempts and pleading with her. She is a bad manager with bad people skills and should no longer hold this position. ( Raw Sewege People )!!!

Great property manager. Can be contacted almost always on her personal line. Takes care of issues at a reasonable time frame. Some may think she's a bully but I don't think that's the case. She knows the rules and regs and follows them as stated. I would recommend her to any association.

All communication with South Cape Associiates property management includes a threat. Tina is a bully who lacks people skills. Common courtesy is lost on this management group. Can't recommend them.
