Ocean Data Technologies, Inc. ( 'Ocean Data' ) is a Massachusetts ( US ) corporation providing oceanographic and marine measurement services. Ocean Data's mission is to provide clients with the highest-quality oceanographic data services possible, designing and implementing innovative solutions to meet the project needs of our customers. We have developed an impressive record of delivering complete, accurate observations of ocean conditions in the most challenging environments. Ocean Data's services include: Oceanographic data acquisition program design and planning, with special emphasis on extreme and/or remote environments Numerical analysis and written evaluation of oceanic, coastal, and estuarine physical processes Development of oceanographic databases and data management methodologies to improve client access to information Our technical team consists of veteran professionals experienced in global operations, comfortable executing complex data acquisition efforts in difficult regions. Team members have participated in programs ranging from the summit of the Greenland Ice Sheet to Antarctica, Indonesia to West Africa, Gulf of Mexico to Gulf of Maine. Mr. Jon Wood, Ocean Data's founder and President, is a senior ocean engineer with over 20 years experience designing, installing, and servicing oceanographic data acquisition systems in deepwater, continental shelf, coastal, and estuarine regions worldwide.
