General Info
The need for an integrated approach to land analysis increases in response to broader local, regional, state and federal regulatory schemes focusing on resource protection for wetlands, water quality and wildlife and historic and archaeological resources. A.M. Wilson Associates, Inc. was established by Arlene Wilson in response to the need for management of diverse disciplines required to see a project through to completion. A.M. Wilson Associates, Inc. provides resource identification, permit acquisition and land use analysis. We provide interpretive abilities on a wide range of scientific disciplines, and a network of civil engineering and land surveying that can produce virtual representation of managed solutions. The firm offers coordination for design teams including surveyors, engineer, environmental scientist, preservation planners, landscape architects and architects. As a part of our permit acquisition assistant services, there is a constant requirement for public presentations, not only before Boards and Agencies, but at civic groups and media forums, as well as in court. The ability to communicate with the public and various agencies and groups is the key to our client representations in land use permitting efforts.
