General Info

The North Wood County Historical Society is housed in the restored home of former Wisconsin Governor William Henry Upham. The furnishings include original and donated items; the dining room and bedroom sets were all manufactured in the Upham Manufacturing Company and range in dates from the late 1880s to early 1900s. We are open for research Monday and Thursdays 9-1; Wednesdays 10-4; Tour hours are Wednesdays and Saturdays 1:30-4pm.
