  I offer a unique blend of Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy and Deep Tissue Therapy to help my clients obtain relief from pain, stress and injury. Each client’s therapeutic massage program is customized to best suit their specific needs. You can choose a full body massage for maximum relaxation, or medical massage focused on specific areas to relieve pain or accelerate recovery from injuries.   Depending on your level of comfort, you may or may not totally undress. For a full body massage, most people undress completely. However, you may choose to wear your underwear. I will give you privacy to undress, and you will be professionally draped with a sheet and blanket at all times.

  Welcome to my website! I have been practicing massage therapy since 1997, graduating from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy with a degree in Neuromuscular Massage Therapy. I have had successful practices in Colorado Springs and Topeka, Kansas. Returning to Tucson in 2021 after leaving in 1993, I completed my love for the desert and began anew in Oro Valley.

Chiropractic Services

• Chiropractic Injury Treatment
  Most health insurance will not cover massage therapy, but your PIP (Personal Injury Policy) on your car insurance will usually cover massage therapy if you are involved in a car accident and get a prescription from your doctor. I have the training and experience to bill insurance companies. Most car accidents result in soft tissue damage and muscle strain; therefore, medical massage therapy is covered in the state of Arizona.
