Worst service I have ever had. Reported this to Road side assistance. At 1:40 ish we called Roadside Assistance. They set us up with a pick up for 1 out of 4 (2 teens in my family, my spouse, and me) for a wrecker to tow us to Marshall from 1-20 at exit 625 if we waited 1:30. I found a dear friend to pick up my family. At 3:20 we called back. C Recovery first sent a single driver to Longview for us to change a tire! Ok there could have been a mistake, I'm patient. They would send a tow in 45 more minutes. At 3:40 a courtesy officer called them for me who graciously stopped to check. He was awesome. They told him that they would be right there. At 4:20, I called C Recovery again. I asked politely if I needed to call another service. No, no, they had no idea where the driver was but they would call him. I hung up and called Ronnie's Wrecker Service (further out and first call and close to their closing time) . Ronnie's checked with C Recovery (who still had no idea where the driver was). Ronnie's was there in 25 min.s period and took my payment over the phone to speed up things for me. All of this to be towed to change the tire because the spare was messed up. C Recovery should have had an easy pay day from me. Instead their service was just unacceptable.

Car broke down at 9:30 am. Called for tow. Required pre payment for service. Gave me a time frame of less than 45 minutes. 3 hours later and after numerous phone calls, told me it would be another hour!!!! Good ole Texas heat is not fun at the end of July. Do not call them. Unless you feel like being lied to, cheated and suffering from a heat stroke. Worthless.
