I went into this store this morning and I have to say the manager of this store is very unprofessional. I stood at the register waiting to be checked out while he stood there with his back to me working on a poster board with his 2 kids. He did not say a word to me, one of his kids said dad and pointed at me he said yea I know but I don't know where my cashier is and went back to doing what he was doing. Finally he turned around and put a bell in front of me and rang the bell then went back to what he was doing. Finally the cashier came to the register and was very nice to me I asked if he was the manager and she said yes. When I got done and was about to leave I tried to talk to him and he would not look up from his poster board until I tapped him on his arm. He looked up and I let him know that was the worst customer service I have ever had he smiled looked back at his poster board and said thank you have a good day. As a manager myself I know that your customers are very important and they should all be treated with respect this man is not a good manager and I will say he should not be in the position he is in if he can not even take a few seconds to acknowledge his customers and treat them with the respect they deserve. Without your customers you do not have a business. I would hope that this matter will be handled in a timely manner.
