      Slow service

      I am sitting in the Marrero IHOP now. People are walking out because we have been sitting here for a long time and we have not been greeted yet. No one has even taken drink orders. Servers are confused about the tables they are assigned to serve. We are dining in, yet drinking out of to-go cups, because according to the waitress there are no glasses left. How do you run out of glasses?
