I just closed on my purchase with this company and they were great! John Coneys and his team were always available to answer my questions, provide me with status updates, and explain everything in terms that a normal person can understand! I would definitely use them for any future purchase!

I agree with the other reviews. These people are terrible. I went with them from a recommendation from a colleague. Big mistake. They lowballed both the interest rate as well as fees. They were extremely unorganized up until the night before closing. And they were quite frankly rude.

Now after the closing, their website is terrible and I can NEVER get a hold of anyone for help!

Rude,impolite and nonattentive. First i emailed them through the website to contact me for a home loan for a house i was looking at. Four days later and still no responce so i call this time and leave a message along with the reason im calling,two days later and still no responce.Now i call one last time,by the way im only going through this trouble because its a local branch and i like to help with local business,now i call a second time and get connected to the mortgage guy who doesnt introduce himself so after i tell him im looking to sit down to speak to someone about a loan,he says it is section 8 or a regular loan type,i say regular,he asks for my number and says ill call you in five minutes and doesnt even say goodbye he just hangs up. After two days go by with no phone call i went with another local company who were more then happy to take my loan.6 months later im in my new home and still havent heard from them.You can also google Aurora financial group complaints and see the nightmares they have on there from other people complaints.I wouldnt recommend to anyone.
