Aaxon promised to come between 8am-12 on a Sunday morning. We received a call about 8:40am stating he was on his way. Upon arriving, he quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the part on the truck, had it replaced within 15-20 min., wrote up our bill and was on his way. We appreciated the phone call prior to coming, his prompt service and his courteous manner. After he left, my husband and I discussed whether or not the fee was too high ($197 for oven ignitor, labor and tax) However, my husband went online and the GE part was $99 if we bought it. So, even the fee was within reason.
