We’ve grown-up frequenting classic diners, so of course, we are inspired by them. A place for people to come meet, eat, drink and have fun. We blend a classic diner design with a big helping of Hudson Valley charm. Just like our food, it’s a unique blend of ingredients that’s delightfully unexpected. We like to refer to it as grown-up comfort food. Our crew, all Hudson Valley natives and lead by the Harpolis brothers, are uniquely inspired as well. When you enter, you’ll be greeted by our "Valley Diner" Mayor, Teddy Harpolis. Then, typically hiding in the back, is our kitchen master Frank Harpolis has been tooling around in the kitchen and his family’s restaurants since he was 8 years old and hasn’t stopped since. All our partners are Hudson Valley originals with discerning palates. We offer local produce from out farming partners whenever possible and quality food prepared immaculately. Come hungry.
