I live in ft campbell ky but I have family in Marion Va so I wanted to send flowers to a love one just because :)...I wish I would have found another flower shop!What poor customer service!!! The lady over the phone made me feel like my call was annoying her,then the next when I called to see if they had delivered it (wanting to call my love one but not spoil the surprise) the same hateful woman answered and said "LOOK MAM she aint even been home!! "wow how rude! I said umm ok I wasnt calling to complain just check the status and she still didnt change her tone..Awful service and ruined something i was excited about doing for someone I missed and loved..never again will they get my bussiness!
