Horrible customer service. Staff was extremely rude and threatening. We arrived at 11:20 prior to office closing for lunch from 12 to 1 PM for paperwork that needed to be signed by optometrist and we're informed the optometrist on duty was at lunch and to come back at 1 and the optometrist would be back when we came back as receptionist instructed they informed us they didn't know "when the Doctor would have time to fill the paper out.." So we waited for another 30 minutes outside due to the hostile environment. We came back in and informed the length of time we had already been waiting. The next receptionist on staff didn't say hello how may I help you he introduced himself by saying. "Who are you" with an angry expression. When I tried to explain our situation I kept getting interrupted by him stating "First of all we have only been open since 1" and when I tried to explain our situation once again he raised his voice at us and stated "I DON'T NEED TO GO TO JAIL FOR YOU PEOPLE" I have never been treated with such disrespect at a place of business in my life
