I sat in their office and watched the agent put the information in the computer but apparently she never sent it and when I had an accident claimed I was never in the office to change my vehicle on my insurance, Now because they didn't insure the vehicle I was driving and claim I never told them to. I am faced with losing my license, because the BMV says the insurance being on the wrong vehicle is not considered being insured. And on top of that I have to pay the insurance company money to cover what they paid for the other person in the accident. Looks to me like this company has incompetant agents. Your better off going to a different insurance agent and getting one that actually knows what they are doing.
