Our air conditioner went out unexpectedly on a saturday afternoon and fowlers heating & cooling sent a technician out immediately. Our technician Mike was fantastic! He located the problem very fast and was able to fix the AC adequately. We were very appreciative that we were able to get great service, especially on a weekend! Thank you again to Mike for all of his hard work!

DID A THOROUGH JOB IN CHECKING OUT THE AIRCONDITIONING SYSTEM.
Great service on a cold Saturday morning. Fowler responded quickly to our call and Mike was at the house in less that two hours. He fixed the problem and was professional at every step. He answered all my questions and gave me tips for how to keep our furnace running smoothly for the rest of the winter. I can't recommend this company enough, they're prompt, professional and extremely easy to work with. Thank you.

Mike Lawler was professional and conducted himself with great knowledge for the service we needed. He was prompt and efficient in finding the problem and ordering the parts needed. He also gave me a time that someone would be back to put the part on (which ended up being him) and he was on time with the time he told me he would be here. Great job and service. Thank you!
My wife and I would highly recommend using Fowler Heating and Cooling of Marion. We have used them in the past for whole house installation, general system maintenance, and (as in the most recent case) emergency calls, all resulting in very thorough and professional service. Their technicians are excellent, as was the case with Mike L. for this latest service call. Fowler is the only business we will ever use. Thanks again, guys.

Both Emily and Mike were a pleasure to work with. Mike, the technician who came to work on our heat pump, did a very impressive job cleaning our inside unit and exterior condenser. I would definitely do business with them in the future. It was well worth doing business with them even just for the peace of mind knowing that our household is all ready for the upcoming winter.

I can highly recommend, all the staff is very friendly and easy to work with. This was the third time I had them come out for service and cleaning. They have been right on time and reasonably priced. I will be calling them again.

Robert Taz Hawkins was very helpful, courteous and informative when fixing our problem.
Harvie Link went above and beyond in finding the answers to our problem. He is a great representative for Fowler Heating and Cooling. We could not ask for better service than what we received from him.

WARNING! INCREDIBLY HIGH RATES! The technician did an excellent job and was very prompt. I just found out a few hours later after the issue had been resolved that I had over-paid by around $300 to have Fowler fix the issue. If it wasn't 95 degree + weather at the time, I wished I would have shopped around. They did a fantastic job, you will just pay through the nose for their service.
