How long does it actually take to get Bed Rails to the store , we ordered ours Thursday morning , the man helping us said usually he gets them in one day he said he would call us when they came in . Friday no phone call so thought well okay surely will be in tomorrow well just looked on their website to find they are closed , REALLY wanted to get our Bed rails .

By far the worst customer service and installation process I've ever witnessed. Was scheduled to have a billet grille installed at 10am and did not leave until 2pm. 4 hours for a grille install? It should of taken less then an hour according to manufacturer instructions. They told me they didn't know it would be that big of a job so they quit working on my truck to do another job and made me wait an hour and a half more so they could do a another job. Even though mine was scheduled 45 mins prior to the other customer. So I sat for 4 hours while they tried to complete my job. This was complete and udderly ridiculous. I asked if they had installed these before and was told "yes" but if they had, how did they not know how big of a job it was? They knew the type of grille and the model truck they were going to be working on before hand but then after starting work it became "bigger then we thought?". So either I was lied to about them installing them previously or it was sheer incompetence on the person installing it. The finished product was not done correctly, and I had to cut the pieces out of the grille myself to make it look as its supposed to. So if u go in for a install, plan on it taking all day.
