Marion Middle School provides academic, social, technological and problem-solving skills to students in grades six and seven. The school employs classroom teachers, guidance counselors, nurses, media specialists and special education coordinators. It offers classes in various subjects, including reading, language arts, social studies, mathematics, science, physical education and fine arts. Marion Middle School supports several sports activities, such as basketball, volleyball, football, and track and field. Located in Marion, Ariz., the school also provides special education programs to students with learning and physical disabilities. Its media center includes a variety of textbooks, encyclopedias, dictionaries, newspapers, and fiction and nonfiction books. Marion Middle School is governed by Marion School District 3.
