Marion Junior High School provides educational programs to approximately 600 students in eighth and ninth grades. The school s core curriculum includes English, math, social studies and science. It also offers classes in art, keyboarding, foreign languages, technology, and health and physical education. Marion Junior High School additionally provides gifted and talented education programs. The school supports several sports activities, such as football, basketball, golf, tennis, volleyball, softball, and track and field. It offers membership for various organizations and clubs, including the National Junior Honor Society, student council, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and Christian, French and Spanish clubs.
