Do NOT take any fine jewelry to this store. I took a custom made, 14k white gold diamond ring (with 41 diamonds) there to sell. I told them that I had an appraisal from 2005 ($1500) on the ring & asked how much he would give me for the ring. He took the ring and did a "scratch" test on it which damaged and devalued the ring. He also stated that it was only 10k & offered me $200.00 for it. When I went back to inform him that he had damaged the ring he refused to pay for the repair. He stated that I asked him to tell me if it was real which is absurd considering I knew the approximate value from the 2005 appraisal. He threw me out of the store & told me to sue him. Not only do I plan on suing him but also will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
