Our CNC turning capabilities range from 3/16" diameter to 16" diameter and we are capable of handling work up to 40" in length, between centers. Our large Lathes have 3-5/8" through holes, 10" and 12" chucks, and are equipped with programmable tail stocks. Our CNC Mill capabilities allow us to handle parts that fit within a 20" x 40" work cube. Machines are equipped with 40 & 50 Taper Tool holders and Automated Tool Changers, eliminating the timely cost of manual tool loading. To enhance quality control, our machines are equipped with Renishaw Probing Systems which allow us to affordably and accurately probe each work piece when required.
