Our vision at J Nichols Kitchen is to build a place that's open all day, everyday delighting our guests at every turn in our hip and cozy environment. We wanted an experience that is both exciting and feels like home. We are a locally owned and serving up modern California comfort flavors prepared with traditional methods for breakfast, lunch and dinner in our "made from scratch" kitchen. We make our recipes by hand with the freshest ingredients from the top purveyors. St. Louis Special Ribs from Niman Ranch smoked in-house, handmade corned beef hash, house smoked salmon, Havana chicken with roasted free-range Mary's birds, unique omelettes like the French Mexican and the Spanish Cowboy.
