Chart House Restaurant has more than 20 outlets throughout the United States, many of which have waterfront locations. Founded in 1961, the restaurant serves a variety of seafood, steaks and desserts. It serves a daily selection of fish and an extensive collection of fine wines and whiskies. The restaurant s menu of appetizers includes calamari, crab-stuffed mushrooms, coconut crunchy shrimp, lobster spring rolls and steamed mussels. Its fish specialties include dynamite salmon, macadamia-crusted mahimahi, herb-crusted salmon and Chilean sea bass. The restaurant additionally serves filet mignon, New York strip steaks, tenderloin medallions, prime rib and shrimp.
