Established in 1983, Michael s Catering is an award-winning, off-premise catering company. Located in Marian, Calif., the company shares its production kitchen with Wild Thyme Deli & Caf . It offers a range of services, including menu planning and coordination, floral arrangement and site selection. The company also offers rental, delivery and pickup services for tables, chairs, glassware and audiovisual equipment. It caters to several events, such as weddings, corporate affairs, barbecues, picnics, casual dinners, birthday parties, graduation celebrations and office functions. The company s wedding package includes a selection of grilled salmon, pepper-crusted prime rib, roast garlic potatoes, lamb legs, fried chicken and steamed vegetables. Michael s Catering also supports various educational associations, culinary institutes and nonprofit organizations.

Michael's Catering is a great source for all your catering needs. They've been around for years and I have had the pleasure of working with them on a number of different types of events from BBQs to Weddings to Winery events. Terry Teplitzky, the owner/chef, is an awesome guy, who knows his way around a kitchen. He's talented, creative and generally just a nice guy to work with. One of my favorite dishes is their pull pork BBQ sandwich topped with coleslaw. Yummy! I can eat it anytime of the year. I highly recommend Michael's Catering. I've been in the hospitality business for over 20 years and can guarantee you'll love the food they serve. If you need something smaller and quicker, stop by their store front, Wild Thyme Deli. They have a fabulous selection of items. My favorite there is their mini-meatloafs. They also make great picnics to go. But be careful about the dessert case. It's soooo tempting. There's always a great selection of the perfect endings to your meal. Bon appetite!
