General Info
At Georges Furniture we make solid, hardwood furniture the old fashion way by hand, one at a time. Our custom furniture is handcrafted by skilled artisans to your specifications. Look closely at the craftsmanship and you'll see that George's wooden furniture is nothing like the mass produced furniture sold in stores. George's Furniture is a second generation family owned business located in the farmlands of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Our furniture is not like the furniture found in furniture stores. It is still made the old fashion way, handcrafted by artisans that take great pride in the quality of their work. Our customers appreciate furniture that is made to last. George's Furniture is not sold in furniture stores. We sell directly to our customers from our showrooms, bypassing the middleman. Our two large showrooms are filled with George's handcrafted furniture. So whether your taste is country, mission, shaker, or straight line traditional, you'll see a wide variety of furniture for every room in your home. We invite you to take a tour of the workshop when youre in Lancaster. There is no factory assembly line, just skilled craftsmen who lovingly follow each piece from the selection of the lumber to the final detail. You can even arrange to see your furniture being made and meet the craftsman.
